What do we need?
We are seeking an experienced Analyst for our growing healthcare revenue recovery company. Working with service owners and other process manager, the Site Support Analyst is responsible for managing the IT MSP relationship. This includes being the liaison between staff and IT MSP, escalating IT tickets from staff, and managing site needs.
Responsibilities
- Provides IT assistance to staff and customers.
- Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Escalates IT issues for staff and costumers to ensure prompt resolution
- Resolves reported issues and errors in a timely manner
- Trains, documents, and educates end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Maintains subject matter expertise (SME) in all applications for systems and maintains knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies
- Consults with MSP, IT managers, and other departments as required
- Procures and maintains a list of all managed assets
- Documents IT maintenance policies and procedures
- Provides regular status reports to management
- Collaborate with other IT Support Technicians to proactively solve problems too complex for one person
- May be required to act as “flight control” for any issues or projects as assigned by the Manager or Director of IT Operations
- Participate in any Aspirion project and act as lead on IT Operations projects
- Other duties as assigned
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role may require occasional lifts of equipment up to 100lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting and system set-up is required. This would require the ability to lift boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of networks, hardware, and software and Cloud technologies to support users and technical infrastructure
- Ability to actively listen and extract the important information from end-user issues and complaints
- Ability to accurately analyze hardware and software malfunctions to diagnose the root cause of the issue
- Collaborate with other IT Support Technicians to proactively solve problems too complex for one person
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Requires very little direction and is self-motivated
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks and projects
Education and Experience
- High-School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related technology field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services required.
- Industry-specific certification in relevant computer operating systems, networking, or software is preferred. MCSE or MCITP desired
