We are seeking a Team Support Coordinator in Portage, WI at Aspirus Home Health. The Team Coordinator is an interdisciplinary team member who facilitates and is responsible for support services within the Aspirus at Home – Home Health and Hospice Michigan programs.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in Health or Business Administration. A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of progressively responsible office coordination including one year in a healthcare organization.
- Possesses critical thinking skills, good communication skills, the ability to prioritize, the ability to work independently, attention to accuracy and timeliness in all work products and related work experience to develop and enhance skills.
- Computer literacy required relative to the software programs utilized at Aspirus as well as department specific program requirements.
- Is self-directed and displays good judgment with attention to detail. Possesses good organizational skills.
Hours: Full time Benefit package available, 40 Hours per week, Day Shift.
