Job Posting for Financial Analyst at ASRC Federal
ASRC Federal is seeking a Financial Analyst to support ongoing operations at Fort Greely, Alaska.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up project charge codes and assign workforces.
- Prepare Weekly Cost reports.
- Analyze monthly overtime costs and prepare presentation slides for management and government review.
- Perform analysis of direct program costs.
- Prepare various other financial reports and perform analysis on a monthly basis and as assigned.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, on financial related tasks.
Educational/Training Requirements:
- BS/BA in a related business field in addition to 5 plus years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Skill Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and financial software applications.
- Experience with reconciliations required.
- Excel Power Pivot and Cost Point experience desired.
- Should be a self-starter and proactive.
- Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be capable of completing complex assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret government clearance.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

This position is offering a starting salary of $74,747.10 but can be higher depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations and other factors permitted by law.
