Position Location: – Somerset, PA
General Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer displays, sales sample kits, and samples for tradeshows and events. You will work closely with marketing, product management, business development, and the factory to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position will be located in Somerset, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of product displays and kits for our customers, sales force, and tradeshows and events.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with marketing, product management, business development, and the factory.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with the factory to ensure that all products are manufactured to the required specifications and delivered on time.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
