As our Trade Classification Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Determining the classification of products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. according to the General Rules of Interpretation, Binding Rulings, and other established customs guidelines;
- Applying the criteria specified in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to determine the appropriate Export Control Classification Number (ECCN);
- Maintaining and updating product classification details in ERP and supporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Administering internal audit processes for accurate classifications and import entries.
What we will love about your background:
- LCB preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, listening and analytical skills;
- Experience in HS classification, export control classification, origin determination, FTA qualification;
- Experience with Oracle ERP and PLM applications preferred
- Experience with MS Power BI, Alteryx or another data analytics platform preferred.
Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferably Supply chain related field);
- Combined 2-4 years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics and/or trade compliance in a manufacturing company;
