Full time position requiring 45 hours per week and reports to the Director of Operations. The position is responsible for servicing a specific group of client accounts, providing daily updates and support.
Position Responsibilities
- Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Build solid relationships with customers to set and manage client expectations and drive sales.
- Conduct daily sales calls to obtain additional business with assigned accounts.
- Learn all aspects of the client’s business and leverage that knowledge to increase our services within the client companies.
- Communicating quickly and effectively with clients and customers.
- Assist client and operations team to ensure schedule compliance and coverage.
- Analyze and understand weekly sales reports
- Monitor orders to ensure they are scheduled, updated and completed on time.
- Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Position Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to provide a clean background screen and MVR.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Required overnight travel up to 10% of the time.
Compensation
- Salaried/Exempt
- Annual performance appraisals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
