Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including customer/client communications, answering and making phone calls, scheduling appointments/assignments, and managing data base files.
Responsibilities:
o Answer phone calls and customer inquiries or direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
o Communicate with both customers and clients to schedule and ensure our services are delivered timely and to their satisfaction.
o Schedule appointments/tasks and maintain appropriate records of events/activities.
o Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
o File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Manage our databases.
o Handle and/or distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
o Manage correspondence containing routine inquiries from customers and clients.
o Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
o Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Experience using social media
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
