Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Experience:
- Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of geriatrics, clinic settings, PICU, outpatient care, OR procedures, emergency medicine, teaching hospitals, medical-surgical care, and Level I Trauma Centers is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
