Office Assistant part-time
9:00 am Start Part-Time (Approximately 15 hours per week)
Hours and days to be discussed.
This is an in-office position we do NOT work remote at all
Must have 3 years of office experience with light bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Answering phone and taking detailed messages
EXCELLENT WITH BASIC MATH SKILLS
Able to work independently with attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Responsible, Punctual, and Multitasking is a MUST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
