What are the responsibilities and job description for the FP&A Analyst position at Associa?
Purpose
The Senior FP&A Analyst is a key contributor in the financial planning and analysis process. This position will provide support during the month-end close and quarter-end & year-end reporting needs. Also, there will be active participation in the annual budgeting process and must be able to communicate with various departments & executives. The role will need to be hands-on in conducting financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with annual forecasting and planning efforts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual external & internal reporting deliverables
- Continually work on streamlining reporting and efficiency processes
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Support the VP of A&F, SVP A&F, and executives with ad hoc research and analysis related to current and historical financial performance and future expectations of the Company as needed
