We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our stunning resort-style condo community located on the beach. This is a temporary position that offers an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance operations of a desirable resort-style beachfront community.
Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, and appliances.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and amenities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance as needed.

Handle basic repairs and maintenance of community equipment, tools, and facilities.

Assist with painting, cleaning, and other tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community.

Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
