 Job Summary:


Are you a self-starter with a passion for Marketing? Do you have the solid experience in marketing and building relationships for HealthCare Professionals? If so, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professionals Business Development Liaison to join us at Bradford. This person will be an important member of our Warrior Facility Marketing team, using your skills to help develop strategies and cultivating referral sources to increase admissions into the Warrior Lodge Healthcare Program.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Healthcare Professionals Business Development Liaison is responsible for marketing and facilitating healthcare admissions for healthcare professionals, such as Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and more.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides National/Regional Health Care Marketing to outside referral sources for admissions into Warrior Lodge Extended Care Program
  • Develop and Implement strategies to increase admissions into the Warrior Lodge Healthcare Program
  • Provide system wide Internal Marketing for Healthcare admissions
  • Coordinates referral site visits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referrals
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time
  • Attend National Healthcare Conferences as directed
  • Communicate with Healthcare Medical Director targeted areas of business
  • Oversee Healthcare admission process
  • Hand in all reports in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in constant state of alertness as to perform the job safely
  • Ability to work in cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, clients, prospective clients.
  • Regular Attendance
  • Other duties as assigned or reassigned by management

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in related field (psychology, social work, substance abuse/addiction, etc.) and marketing ability required
  • One year of experience with chemical dependency and/or marketing preferred
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Able to multi-task
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have both knowledge and understanding of services offered by Bradford Health Services, with the ability to communicate them effectively
  • “Know and abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2, “Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records”, and 45 CFR “Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act”.   This position has restricted access to patient identifying information and patient health information”.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with concentration in Marketing preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a valid State Driver’s License and have a safe driving record
  • Must be able to see 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid acceptable)
  • Must be able to walk for approximately 3-4 miles per 8-hour shift
  • Lift Marketing display weighing 50 lbs.
  • Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations
  • Familiarity and experience working with Healthcare Licensure Boards is a plus
  • If recovering, two (2) years of continuous verifiable abstinence
