What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry level Finance-Wealth Management position at Associate Staffing?
FINRA SIE, SERIES 7, and SERIES 63 SPONSORSHIP
Will be a 90 day paid study program to obtain the required FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63). Once you've passed all exams you will begin training for full time position. This Entry level-Wealth Management position will be an annual salary plus bonus (no commission).
Primary Job Responsibilities
· Demonstrates expertise in areas of investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions with the ability to refer investment and retirement solutions
· Acting as primary support person for internal and external clients, supporting clients by answering questions and solving problems; transactional and navigational support
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Brokerage industry experience/knowledge
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: sales, service or quality assurance
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment
