What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk/User Support (Milwaukee, WI) position at Associated Bag?
The Help Desk/User Support position is responsible for providing computer-related support for users, data entry, and maintenance of daily transactions. This includes entering EDI documents (e.g. invoices, advanced ship notification, and order acknowledgements), entering price program configurations to support Sales' requests into DAI and WW-ERP, testing computer applications and web pages by accurately reproducing the business procedures in a testing environment, and identifying and analyzing errors and problems.
Self-starters with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, work well independently as well as on a team, and show sound judgment in problem-solving, developing solutions and interacting with internal customers are encouraged to apply. Two to three years data entry experience and familiarity with ERP software needed, EDI experience a plus.
