Job Duties
- Maintains strategic and operational oversight of digital banking, payments, plastics, and related design elements, functionality, and third-party
service provider relationships., including research and adaptation of new products and services. - Coordinates activities and resources in support of all projects within the Credit Union.
- Manage and build a team to enhance the members' digital experience.
- Oversees the technical and digital areas of all platforms to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
- Serves as liaison between branch staff and back office departments to communicate business challenges and translate them into effective
processes, programs and practices. - Partners with IT and Marketing staff to ensure website information, security design, controls, and resiliency for member-facing systems.
- Partners with Human Resources to develop and maintain online training infrastructure and ensure adequate functionality. May also assist with
online recruiting tools development. - Assist with all aspects of the debit and credit card programs, including digital wallets, rewards, third party payments, networks, inventory and
images. - Provide support in analyzing transactional data of debit and credit card usage to recommend new promotions and incentive programs,
including the maximization of debit and credit card interchange by analyzing network usage and routing data.

Education/Certifications/ Licenses
A college degree.
Experience
Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature is a normal part of the day-to-day experience. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle mangers.
