Description
Associated Fire Protection is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Associate to assist with the daily business and administration of the operations department, working out of the Utah location. Qualified candidates must have customer service skills, computer skills, ability to multi-task, and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Primary duty is to be regularly engaged, on a daily basis, with assisting in the management of the company’s Utah office, including, but not limited to, assisting with scheduling technicians to complete work orders, providing customer service, and supporting the Utah branch with various administrative tasks.

Requirements
Additional Requirements/Experience including but not limited to:
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
• Excellent computer skills are required, experience with outlook and excel is required.
• Previous experience in similar role is required. preferably within the construction industry.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices.
• Familiar with industry’s rules and regulations is preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions.
• The position has frequent periods of stress. Ability to work in a fast-aced environment and under pressure as needed.
