What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Associated Medical Professionals?
Our AMP New Hartford office is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our staff! Be a part of that continuum of care with Associated Medical Professionals!
Main Responsibilities:
- The specialist is responsible for assembling patient information into patients’ medical charts in a timely manner.
- This position will be scanning/routing of all incoming electronic and paper documents into patient charts and ensuring they are received by the appropriate parties.
- You will be a back up to answer phone calls on behalf of AMP and serves as the front line of communication for the organization with a focus on customer service.
- Assists patients with any questions regarding AMP and resolves calls with minimal outside direction by researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Education / Experience:
- High School Graduate
- An Associate Degree is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) years of related experience
- Prior use of Electronic Medical Records systems preferred
