Small Civil Engineering firm has immediate opening for a 40 hour per week permanent full-time position for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. Duties include telephone answering and reception, general office organization assistance, filing, clerical support to staff, occasional document deliveries. Must demonstrate multi-tasking ability, good people skills, excellent organization, and flexibility for work in a busy office environment. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, database management preferred. Driver's license preferred. Some flexibility in hours worked, full time preferred; M-F 8 am-5 pm.
