Case Manager MHP Bilingual - $1000 Sign on Bonus!

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for developing and implementing individual programs to maximize the clients’ independent community living skills
- Complete daily documentation of mental health services provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable
- Expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure positive client-centered approach
What will you bring to the table?
- Bilingual (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required
- Preferred certification in diverse and dual diagnosis
- Experience working in social services is highly preferred

What are the other requirements?
- The use of personal automobile, a valid driver’s license, and the minimum amount of liability insurance as defined by AID’s Personnel Policy
- Drive self and clients in agency or personal vehicle
- Must acquire and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU’s and other relevant trainings
- Must be able to drive a passenger vehicle
- Will be required to work in multiple AID and residential locations
