Clinical Manager

What will you be doing?
- Residential Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical case management of assigned caseload
- Ensures that all aspects of community living comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Accreditation standards
- Responsible for developing and implementing individual programs to maximize the client’s independent community living skills and inclusion in their community
- Provides documentation on assigned clients in accordance with DHS, CARF, or DPH standards, as applicable
- Advocate for and maintain rights and privacy of clients that are served. Accountable for providing to both clients and staff members a positive, professional and safe environment to live, learn, and work
What will you bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field
- Master’s degree preferred; additional certification or licenses helpful.
- At least two years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Three to five years of experience as QIDP preferred
- Two years supervisory experience required with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience

What are the other requirements?
- Navigation of stairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to provide services in a client’s home
- The use of your personal vehicle or agency vehicles to transport clients
