Our local management company, Associations and Meetings by Design, representing multiple nonprofit organizations from our Bozeman headquarters, is seeking a candidate to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for early career professionals interested in learning and growing with the nonprofit or meeting management industry. This is a great fit for the individual who enjoys a variety of tasks and accomplishes work with definite deadlines. If you are well organized, enjoy customer service, assisting a busy team and have strong written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you.

Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite software, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, accurate data management, ability to lift fifty pounds, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal required. Preference given to applicant with Video and/or Audio Editing experience.

We are a small company with big tasks, and we are seeking an energetic professional to join our team. We offer a flexible work environment, health benefits and IRA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
