Registered Nurse - Floor RN

New Wages Floor RN starting pay $31.00 per hour

• 6:00am-6:30pm & 6:00pm-6:30pm
• 48-72 hours per Pay Period
• Flexible Schedule
• Every Third Weekend and Holiday
• $2.00 an hour after 5:00pm & $4.00 an hour after 10:00pm

Position: RN- Full Time/Part Time

This position will be responsible for the direct and indirect care provided to residents

Responsibilities and Duties

• Thorough working knowledge of Nursing principles, procedures and ethics in the provision of patient care
• Ability to facilitate communication and team process in provision of patient care services
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, volunteers, medical practitioners and consultants
• Knowledge of written English language and demonstrated competency in writing and verbal skills, including medical terminology

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program in the state of Minnesota
• Current MN Board of Nursing License
• CPR certification
• Experience as a staff nurse in a health care facility, geriatric experience preferred, but not required
