Responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting proactive tasks, along with cross selling products, developmental services, increasing product penetrations, and improving underwriting margins for large corporate clients.
Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Provides strategic leadership with in developing Automotive Strategic Accounts channel, based on a keen knowledge of the channel participants, markets, products and competitive landscape (traditional and disruptive).
Focus on ongoing National Account client mapping process to deepen client trust and broaden the Global Automotive purview/stature within the client organization
Research and propose innovative strategies for sales Automotive Strategic Accounts channel growth; increasing sales effectiveness in delivering points of difference to increase our position in value creation for AIZ and our partners.
Serves as an industry SME on behalf of AIZ in the Automotive Strategic Accounts channel forums, events and other stages to assert our industry perspective and ideas (goal).
Provides leadership in developing best practices for measuring and optimizing strategic activities to drive data-driven decision making and excellence.
Proactively analyzes segment and channel customer data to uncover insights and key takeaways that informs strategic planning, increases revenue and drives business value.
Gathers and presents data on account performance, identify areas of potential income improvement, and implement strategies to cross-sell products.
Develops a culture of engagement, growth and performance not only within the Automotive Strategic Accounts Team, but also with all other functional groups across AIZ.
Manages, mentors, develops and engages with members of the Automotive Strategic Accounts team, resulting in continuous improvement of processes, and work products, as well as productivity.
Financial Responsibility:
In concert with input from the President, Senior Vice President, and Financial Team based on the organization’s financial objectives, develops the annual plan for set of National Accounts.
$25-$30 million estimated gross operating revenue.

Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree.
7 years Automotive Insurance experience and/or training.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Master’s degree in Business Administration.
