The Purpose of Your Role
Assure, a private equity transaction platform, analytics, and data company, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that include providing support to supervisors and employees, assisting in daily office needs, booking travel, hotel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This position requires regular in-person attendance in the office and punctuality to ensure optimal productivity and customer service.
- Greet visitors and support office security posture
- Organize and maintain clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, printing tax/legal documents, filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Run business errands
- Daily process inbound and outbound mail, weekly process Form D mailings
- Travel to Utah Capital building for document authentications
- Maintain office condition by ordering, stocking and organizing common areas including kitchen, conference rooms, workstations, and main floor
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, catering, and security services
- Assist in the onboarding/offboarding processes
- Collaborate and communicate expectations with internal and external teams on IT security initiatives, inventory, implementations, and ticket support
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
