- New unit opening six beds with an average census of four

- Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area
- General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs
- Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession
- The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health
- 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement)
- Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if there is a decrease in census
- Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty
- Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
