The Associate Recruiter performs full cycle recruiting to support associate-level staffing within their assigned territory or function. By partnering with stakeholders, recruiting and maintaining a pipeline of quality candidates, and establishing relationships with colleges and universities, the Associate Recruiter will act as a trusted talent advisor, bringing quality hires to support AP’s growth.

- Responsible for full cycle employee recruiting for all positions within the assigned territory or function. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), schedules and manages the recruitment process, administers appropriate assessments and pre-employment screenings, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
- Develop a pipeline of potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with various colleges, universities, and diverse groups.
- Attend various school sponsored events such as career fairs, dinners and other opportunities to interact with students.
- Maintain and manage open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions, progress, and challenges for all assigned roles.
- Manage the conversion and engagement processes for intern and graduate talent
- Ad hoc talent projects and initiatives, including supporting projects relating to our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), process improvement, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be 25% in this role.

- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment
- Professional, take initiative, upbeat, positive attitude
- Expected salary range will be $60-$75k plus bonus depending on experience
