Overview
Rice Insurance Services Center has an exciting career opportunity for a Claims Coordinator.
Rice Insurance Services Center, an Accretive company, has specialized in state-mandated real estate E&O programs since 1989. We provide the group policies in 15 states that have group programs and require real estate licensees to maintain insurance. We also provide appraisal and mortage loan origniator group programs. We handle all aspects of the program, providing ease and consistency throughout the entire process, from obtaining coverage to claims resolution. What You'll Do
- Process invoices.
- Work closely with the carrier and law firms to ensure payment of invoices.
- Close claim files.
- Send correspondence to insureds.
- Answer and route department phone calls.
- Prepare monthly outstanding deductible report.
- Run monthly reports, including claim audit reports and investigates any discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to Director of Claims and Adjusters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
- Minimum of 1 year of general office experience required.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Experience with invoice review, or experience in account or TPA administrative support role preferred.
- Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, and word processing.Must have the ability to interact well with all levels of internal and external business partners.
- Must have solid math, communication, and writing skills.
