Overview
The Director, Treasury Transformation will be focused on the efficient implementation of financial systems through process re-engineering & automation. They will work closely with the Director – Finance Systems, IT, and various other team members to ensure a holistic approach to transformation. Responsibilities will be as directed by the Chief Transformation Officer or the Company from time to time. Overall, the Director, Treasury Transformation plays a crucial role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the organization’s financial operations through the strategic implementation of technology and process re-engineering initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Establish new processes as needed to ensure successful Finance Transformation program management and project execution.
- Identify and prioritize existing integration requirements and process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive their timely implementation.
- Full integration/implementation of cash management module within new ERP system to include, but not limited to, cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, bank connectivity, domestic/cross-border payments.
- Aid in the management of cross-functional interdependencies as it relates to IT, Change Management, Finance, and Data Management.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Conduct deep dive analysis and present information to key stakeholders in a digestible way.
- Ensuring that new systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and minimize financial risks.
- Utilizing data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for further process improvement and automation.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and at least 10 years of business experience (preferably in Treasury or Finance).
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prior experience with influencing Executive Leadership.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems is crucial, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of database management systems, business intelligence tools, and workflow automation platforms is also beneficial. Additionally, expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Travel is expected up to 10%.
