Overview
Insurance Operations Analyst position in the insurance industry with responsibilities to the Retail Operations Manager or the Sr Insurance Operations Analyst. The position will focus on the compliance monitoring of our Revenue Recognition Initiative which includes onboarding newly acquired agencies in preparation for reporting.

What You'll Do
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Assist with the ongoing implementation and compliance monitoring of our Revenue Recognition Initiative.
- Conduct training and reviews with the AssuredPartners field offices to ensure the critical data fields for this initiative are being completed and adequately maintained.
- Coordinate with the Mergers and acquisitions and integration teams to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of our Revenue Recognition Onboarding Process to ensure they are prepared to report within the required timelines.
- Assist branches as needed with respect to any Insurance Operations and/or best practice-related issues to ensure success within this initiative.
- Perform other specified duties and projects as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager and/or Sr. Insurance Operations Analyst within the Revenue Recognition Operations Team.
- Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training
- Insurance License preferred
- Excel Expert preferred
- Experience with Smartsheets and Power BI a plus
