The Marketing Coordinator is an entry level role and assists the Marketing team by preparing and processing documents and information for new business prospects and clients.

What You'll Do
- Assist in preparation of marketing accounts in collaboration with senior marketing executives and producers.
- Quotes submissions using online carrier rating systems. Maintains marketing database including customer/prospect files.
- Assist in creating proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintains agency management system with necessary client documents and information.
- Gather appropriate proposal information from carriers and vendors.
- Track the hit ratio of new business.
- Enters accurate client information into system applications.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
- Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must obtain appropriate license within 6 months of hire
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple technical systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
