Overview
The Transformation Training Director is responsible for the development of training strategies for the Transformation Management Office, including all workstreams included in the Project Liftoff program. In addition, the Director will oversee the design and execution of super-user and end-user training for Epic, BenefitPoint, and Workday and all other Liftoff systems, including management of all third-party training resources. This role partners with the Corporate L&D team to ensure consistency among all AssuredPartners training teams.

- You have deep experience in Insurance systems training.
- You have a learner-first approach and understand theories of adult learning.
- You have experience working with or leading an Instructional Design team.
- You are skilled at building momentum and trust among various stakeholder groups with whom you need to partner for optimal outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Develops the TMO training strategy, including design of the training team, utilization of internal vs. external resources, delivery mechanisms, schedules, and hypercare plans.
- Manages all TMO training resources related to Project Liftoff, including both internal and external resources.
- Partners with agency and functional leaders to design training plans suitable to the particular needs of agencies and teams.
- Designs resourcing plans for delivery of training according to deployment schedules.
- Ensures plentiful avenues for customer feedback, including surveys, focus groups, and individual stakeholder check-ins.
- Partners with Corporate L&D team to develop SOPs and post-deployment training resources to support ongoing learning for current employees as well as onboarding of new employees and new AP acquisitions.
- Partners with vendors to design integration of in-house and vendor-provided training resources, including user guides and training videos.
- Partners with Change and Communications team to ensure customers are informed of training plans and schedules
- Partners with Change team to develop stakeholder management plans that ensure buy-in and adoption
- Designs and implements tools to measure adoption and effectiveness of training
- Attends training sessions for end users as needed to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and deploy on-demand support resources for end users going through deployment.
- Travel as needed, up to 50% during peak deployment times.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in insurance industry training role, including 3 years’ experience leading a training team
- Certification in adult learning or training
- Experience in AMS deployment training preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in working theories of adult learning
- Strong communication skills; able to effectively partner with employees at all levels.
- Experience designing adoption metrics to determine success of training methods
- Data-fluent, able to manipulate data to create insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong customer-focus
- Tech savvy: ability to learn multiple systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Epic AMS preferred
