What You'll Get to Do:

- Plan and prioritize marketing and sales activities to achieve business goals.

- Create and revise annual marketing plans, tracking ROI.

- Attend networking events to build prospective customer relationships.

- Develop and maintain existing and new customers through ethical sales methods.

- Manage professional and timely customer service contact with clients, employees, and vendors.

- Research and utilize customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems.

- Maintain marketing promotional items and innovate in their development.

- Produce work in a timely, budgeted, scheduled, and profitable manner.

What We Expect You to Have:

- Effective written and oral communication skills, basic math, and computer skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction/restoration and/or sales/business development preferred.

- Previous restoration experience highly preferred.

- Previous experience using social media/internet as a sales vehicle preferred.

- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
