Inside Insurance Broker
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to determine the most suitable plans for clients
- Assist clients with benefits administration, including claims processing and policy renewals
- Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze insurance policies and coverage options
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes and processing applications
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- 4 Year College Degree or Equivalent Preferred
