ASSYST is seeking a highly proficient Full-stack Developer (.NET and NodeJS) in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the requirements and user stories.
- Design the backend architecture and component hierarchy.
- Create API/services and mockups for backend design.
- Implement the backend components using .Net/node.js and related libraries
- Integrate the services with the cloud backend apis using .Net/node.js.
- Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Implement data validation and error handling.
- Implement logging/monitoring ensure that code meets security/code standard
- Develop unit tests for the components.
- Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless communication with the backend.
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate the applications functionality.
- Document the architecture, component structure, and api integrations.
- Provide clear and concise code documentation.
- Create user guides and documentation for future maintenance.
- Assist in deploying the application to a production environment.
- Provide post-deployment support and bug fixes for a specified period.
Requirements:
- BE in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or Master’s Degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- The developer should have a strong understanding of .Net/Node and its core concepts, such as components, state management, and lifecycle methods. They should be able to build reusable and efficient components.
- Knowledge of .Net/Node.js is essential for integrating with the backend APIs/services.
- The developer should be expert in using .Net/Node.js to develop services and manage server-side data.
- Experience in working with Restful APIs is important.
- The developer should be able to build API’s, handle responses, and manage data flow between the frontend and backend.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Junit or Nunit is beneficial for writing unit tests and ensuring the quality of the code. The developer should also be skilled in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Clear Understanding of Authentication and Authorization along with implementation of those in application
