The Membership Advisor is the "1st step" of our client's process.
Member Advisors are responsible for reaching out to patients over the phone to educate them of existing benefits of their healthcare plan and essentially get them to enroll into our program. Once enrolled, they will schedule in-home care management visits, coordinate with physician practices to schedule office visits and exchange notes, and ensure that the enrollment documentation is complete and compliant. They will perform data entry and communications tasks, ensuring that data is entered accurately and that the correct communications and materials are sent to patients on time.
Job Duties:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients using scripts to tell them about Monogram Health services and ask them to opt into our programs, which are provided at no cost to them
• These patients are referred by their insurance company and the Member Advisor will help them enroll into the Monogram program
• Being able to handle push back from patients, they are not aware of what Monogram is during this first initial cold call
• Coordinate home visit schedules based on location and availability
• Enter data as needed into Salesforce Health Cloud or any other system, as required
• Support Monogram Health as necessary with any tasks required to deliver excellent personalized kidney care and perform all other duties as assigned
• Uphold the mission and values of Monogram Health in all aspects of your role and activities
Skills & Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, in the health care industry and heavy outbound appointment setting is a significant plus
• Knowledge of the medical industry, especially care management or home health, is beneficial
• High volume of outbound/inbound calls in a call center setting calling hot or cold leads with high close rate is preferred
• Positive attitude and a desire to help patients with chronic kidney disease live healthier lives
• Must be tech savvy and able to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously (salesforce, phone, email, etc.)
• Must have strong tenure (at least a year in most recent positions)
• Must have strong empathy as they are dealing with primarily senior citizens as the main demographic
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
Performance Expectations
• 20-30 Patient Scheduled per Day (All Outbound Calls)
• Agents are roughly seeing 120 calls on a dialer (Will Not Speak to all 120), 60% outbound, 40% inbound per day
• Enrolling Patients in the Monogram Kidney Care Program (Care Management Program) – The Goal is to improve the Quality of Life for their Patients with Kidney Disease.

• Start Date: June 5th
• Pay: $23/hour
• Schedule
o Training: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm for 2 weeks
o Regular schedule: Monday – Friday 6am – 3pm or 7am – 4pm PST
• Interviews & Feedback: Feedback COB day of interview. – Thursday May 11th interview slots from 8am – 4pm PST
