Accounting Clerk/Accounts Payable Specialist | South Chesterfield, VA

Job Description:

• Work alongside the AP Supervisor and one AP Specialist
• Processing 400-410 invoices weekly.
• Manually and converting invoices from DocStar to Kinetic for automation efforts
• Using Docstar to find the items/information for the invoice, then uploading into Kinetic (ERP)
• Will l be working extensively with DocStar (e.g, training it to read invoices, processing exceptions, validating workflows, etc.).
• Using Excel daily for basic formulas and spreadsheets
• Any ADHOC tasks necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Accounting experience
• Excel
• Accounting ERP system

Location:

South Chesterfield, VA (fully on-site)
