Description:
Invoice Functions
1. Gather information for control of invoicing
2. Creation of Monthly Invoicing for Customer
3. Input Invoices into Customer Portals
4. Maintain & Update documents on budget resources (Labor/Space/Forklifts) for Departments
5. Maintain & Update Sales Variance Document for Departments
6. Accounts Receivable Collections
7. Work directly with Customer
Financial Function
1. Assist in Month End close and analysis support for Corporate Finance
2. P&L Analysis and Reporting
3. Depreciation Projections and Tracking
4. Budget/Forecasting and Actual Gap Analysis
5. Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting
6. Vendor Invoice validation and coding
7. Lead Annual Fixed Asset Audit
8. Depreciation Projections
9. Project Tracking for Capital Investments
10. Other financial Responsibilities as needed
Others
1. Business Plan Gate keeping
2. Provide guidance and leadership
3. Prepare Monthly Presentations for Management/Executive and present when necessary
4. Other duties as assigned
5. Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
6. Daily or Weekend overtime may be required with short notice

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• Post High School education (Minimum 2 year Degree in Business or Accounting)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving and Root Cause analysis
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Conceptual Understanding of Warehousing Operations Functions (Solid understanding is encouraged)
• Solid understanding of Resource Cost (Labor, Space, etc)
• Effective knowledge of JDE/TMW/Hubble/Ariba Modules
• Ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management Members and disseminate information discretely

Salary : $50,000 - $52,000
