Description:
- Process invoices and ensure customers are properly set up and invoiced in the billing system.
- Work across departments to research and resolve billing issues.
- Support and resolve billing and A/R inquiries and requests from internal teams.
- Drive process improvements including working with management and other departments.
- Receive, sort, and post incoming payments against appropriate billings.
- Monitor A/R balances, following up on items with payment variances or no payments received.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgement in all interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer/vendor discrepancies and disputes.
- Respond to internal and external billing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detailed oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong work ethics, i.e., punctuality, dependability, and humility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, internal departments, and external clients and vendors.
- Proficient in Outlook, QuickBooks, and Microsoft software (i.e., Excel, Word)
- Ability to navigate through evolving workflows and find creative solutions to new challenges.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
