Description:
Performs a variety of administrative functions that support the Learning team and the broader organization.
- Develop and maintain wiki and SharePoint pages
- Respond to ad hoc requests, provide learning content recommendations (based on provided guidance)
- Prepare formal email communications
- Support Learning Management System content and license management
- Aid in data collection, analysis and reporting
- Build processes and templates to minimize the development time
- Provide graphic design support
- Help maintain existing programs to ensure the content remains complete and relevant

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with strong writing skills and a passion for helping people. They will also have strong attention to detail and be eager to learn. In addition, they will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Additional experience and competencies that are strongly preferred include:
• Animation software, such as Vyond
• E-learning software, such as Captivate or Articulate
• Video development software, such as Premiere or Camtasia
• Graphic design software, such as Photoshop
Years of Experience: 1-2 year of professional experience, internship included.
Required:
• Experience with Microsoft tools
• Professional Email communication
Preferred:
• Experience with graphic design, animation or learning tools
• Experience with advanced excel skills
Degree or Certification: 2 years of college as requirement, Bachelor’s Preferred, or working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
