- Special projects as assigned to accomplish department/company objectives.
- Maintain professional relationship with vendors.
- Applying customer payments to customer accounts.
- Post vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders; investigate discrepancies where needed.
A Day in the Role:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (60% AP - 40% AR).
- to start will be mainly AP related then transition to support AR as well.
- AP - sub contractor invoices, PO vendors, vendor management,
- AR - cash app and billing out banks based on service contracts, daily check deposits and electronic payments, customer statements.
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
