Client Coordinator
Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team. Your primary role will be to work closely with our customers, coordinating shipments to and from our warehouse in order to meet key delivery requirements.
You'll be responsible for generating related shipment documents, receiving and verifying inbound freight, and identifying any discrepancies.
In addition to this, your role includes creating and applying labels to identify parts according to customer specifications.
You'll also liaise with customers and carriers to ensure smooth transportation of orders and receipts, promptly address any shipping and receiving issues, and manage inventory transactions within our warehouse management system.
Your responsibilities also extend to maintaining effective communication with our warehouse operations to ensure proper scheduling of activities.
Hard Skills
- Office / Outlook experience
- Associates degree preferred
- Prior experience with Dynaway AX Asset Management
- Multi-line phone system experience
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Muscatine, Iowa.
