Description :
Develop and prepare terms and conditions in proposals related to the award of contracts.
Negotiate and award contracts, contract modifications, and subcontracts.
Participate in negotiating, awarding, or administering contracts, or the analysis of procurement policies and procedures.
Administer the terms and conditions of contracts, including preparing contract modifications, evaluation of performance under the contract, and contract termination.
Analyze proposed prices or costs, including evaluating technical and audit reports, forecasting price trends, evaluating economic factors, and estimating production.
Evaluate efficiencies and methods of allocating cost through various types of overhead and general and administrative expense.
Formulate policies and procedures for the acquisition of goods or services; participate in procurement management reviews and contract clearance, or develop positions on claims and protests related to contracts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience with Federal contracting Department of Defense (DoD) Research and Development (R&D) contracting required.
Twelve (12) years of specialized Federal contracting experience.
Experience with PD2 contracting software.
Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) highly desired.
Experience with Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) required.
Active Secret Clearance.
