Job Description
- Builds and executes servicing communications across a variety of our clients channels: email, statement messages, direct mail, and/or clients website
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Product organizations; integrating banker channels where appropriate
- Manages internal and external vendor relationships to execute all marketing collateral on scope and on time
- Works to improve servicing templates while documenting best practices, to ensure that we are maximizing communications opportunities – especially when the subject of communications may have an adverse impact to customers
- Adheres to controls - accountable for regular schedule of material reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

- Has excellent written communication skills with an ability to write clear, concise and compassionate communications
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is a great influencer, as well as a responsible partner who leads through strong collaboration
- Acts as an owner– provides project leadership by removing ambiguity, addresses questions and refines approach as needed to achieve goals
- Is obsessed with providing a great customer experience
- Is highly curious and never settles for good enough. Constantly pushes boundaries of “what could be” to manage innovation.
- Understands how to deliver business results even without tangible tracking mechanisms
- Is vigorous and thorough in their management of details
- Always focuses on the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiatives and what is occurring out in the marketplace
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in financial services and product management a plus, but not essential
- 3 years in marketing or a related field
- Strong written and oral presentation/communication skills -- the ability to convey information simply and clearly to business partners
- Business writing, crisis writing, and/or servicing communications experience helpful
- Proven ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects
- Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risk
- Experience in project management
