What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR ( Greeter ) Interviewing Today position at Aston Carter?
Job Description:
- If someone walks in with equipment, please help them!
- This person will be responsible for greeting all customers that are entering the Xfinity store. Will open the door and welcome in. Next, will ask why they have stopped in and sign into the kiosk / I pad.
- Will also be responsible for making those customers feel welcome and taken care of. If someone has been waiting for some time, talk with them, and ask if there is anything they need.
- Will also help bringing Comcast inventory back to the small inventory area. 10-15 lbs.
- Stocking, light cleaning, dusting.
- Will use basic computer skills from time to time. Mostly on an iPad
- Referring customers to sales people
**Schedule**
- 38-40 hours per week
- Mon-Sat (off Thursdays)
- Store is open 10am-7pm, so contractor will work an 8-hour shift within those hours
- Will work POSSIBLY two Sundays per month, and will get an additional day off in that case: store is open 12pm-5pm on Sundays
- 2 – 15 minute break paid
- ½ hour lunch unpaid. Play by ear on breaks! Kitchen area in back.
