Hiring a Customer Care Associate in Cambridge, MA!
This is a 6-month contract to hire role that has a very strong opportunity to grow long term based off of performance.
Pay: $20-23/hr.
First shift: Mon-Fri
Must Haves:
- Excellent customer service skills (2 years)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem resolution

Description:
• Provide excellent service and support as it relates to customer inquiries, product pricing, the processing of customer orders, and order tracking
• Answer up to 50 inbound customer calls/emails daily and field them to their respective departments
• Utilize phone, email, and fax to communicate with customers and internal departments
• Build relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamlined operations
• Address and/or escalate any errors and issues, where necessary
• Maintain accurate product, practice, and policy knowledge in order to provide proper assistance and department resources
• Utilize company systems to accurately enter data and sensitive information in a timely manner while adhering to all HIPPA standards/regulatory guidelines
• Fulfill other duties, as assigned
