Working with a larger healthcare company, Aston Carter is looking to hire multiple customer service reps out of the Las Vegas Area. Onsite training fro 6 weeks and fully remote after.

A Day in the Role:
- Answer 50-75 inbound calls daily, Responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
- Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Will receive and place follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
- Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of call center experience (or 1 years in a heavy phone environment)
- Good Tenure!!
- A quiet, distraction free work environment, reliable internet - must be able to hardwire into the modem (50 download speed) cannot use a hot spot
- Must have experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Must be able to train on site for 6 weeks
