Description:
-Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone
-Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues
- Send tracking orders to customers
-Process online orders
-50 phone calls per day (can vary)
-Respond to customer emails
-Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 2 years of customer service experience from an office or retail
- Resume tenure - non-jumpy
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Dual Screen Monitors
Nice Haves:
- Medical or Manufacturing industry
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft Excel
Soft Skills:
- Outgoing personality (someone that you would want to go to lunch with and can hold a conversation)
- Motivated/Driven
