Description
· We are looking for candidates to provide superb telephone support to individuals with disabilities and their families.
· Most calls will be inbound and vary in both time and solution required, problem solving skills and critical thinking will be needed and utilized.
· Candidates need to be empathetic and willing to be patient and work with clients to find a solution.
· Will need to record information given over the phone to ensure clients profiles are reflecting the most up to date information
· Most calls will be inbound phone calls from clients, but there will be scenarios that the candidate will need to make outbound follow up calls.
· Calls can vary from 5min to an hour depending on issue at hand.
Experience Level

High School Diploma or GED required.
