What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Aston Carter?
Description:
-Take incoming calls from customers to service existing accounts
-Servicing accounts and upselling services
-Most of calls will be from current customers to update their policy (phone number, adding a car, moving and need new policy) and then get inbound calls from customers wanting quotes or wanting to sign up with the client
-Will try to get referrals around life insurance policies, adding on more coverage (i.e. if they bundle they save more)
-Ability to problem solve and use time efficiently in order to multi-task and prioritize work
