Description:
- Responsible for handling inquiries surrounding the label processes.
- Deals mainly with labeling for the Electrical and Building Products business streams.
- Helping clients construct their purchase orders and label artwork, as well as investigating a wide range of other label based questions.
- Administration of Client’s label information into various internal databases
- Receive and process label orders (order entry)
- Operate label printer to complete label orders
- Use web based shipping programs to ship orders out
- Review and approve client’s label artwork
- Track label orders and artwork approvals
- Analyze and evaluate data and complete steps necessary to provide solutions and close projects

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of CS/Admin experience
- HSD-Required (Bachelors degree-Strongly preferred but not needed)
- Attention to detail (examples from past employers)
- Heavy workload, ability to learn quickly and work independently (examples from previous employment)
- Handling customer accounts- this person will deal with customers directly and on a daily basis. will touch approximately 30 accounts a day. (documentation, information review, resolving issues) minimal calls/some email/mostly orders of labels
- Great communication (phone and email) - external and internal clients
